Inspired by nature, animals, people and places, I work mainly in printmaking and drawing to create expressive illustrations with an emphasis on line, textures and character. As well as working in the studio, I love taking my sketchbooks out and drawing in interesting locations.
I'm part of the Liverpool Independent Art School printmaking group and I am currently studying for a BA in Illustration with the Open College of the Arts.
Originally from Yorkshire, I live in Liverpool with my husband and three cats. Alongside making art, I enjoy listening to weird music and being out and about in nature.
My illustrations have been commissioned by personal clients and by the University of Liverpool. References are available.
